These terms of service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“Client”) and Rivaq (“Agency”), and govern your use of the services provided by the Agency. By using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services:

The Agency provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO services, YouTube SMM services, Instagram SMM services, and Facebook SMM services (“Services”). The Agency will provide the Services to the Client as agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.

Payment:

The Client agrees to pay the Agency for the Services provided in accordance with the payment terms outlined in the project proposal or contract. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

Confidentiality:

The Agency will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client in connection with the Services, and will not disclose such information to any third party without the Client’s prior written consent.

Intellectual Property:

The Client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the Services provided by the Agency, including but not limited to all content, software, and designs, are owned by the Agency or its licensors. The Client agrees not to use the Services or any of the Agency’s intellectual property in a manner that infringes on the Agency’s rights.

Warranty and Liability:

The Agency warrants that it will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. The Agency will not be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of the provision of the Services, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if the Agency has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the Services at any time by giving written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay the Agency for all Services rendered up to the date of termination.

Governing Law:

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.

Changes to Terms:

The Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Agency’s website, and your continued use of the Services after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
